Our Mission

Closing the gap between
diagnosis and survival

JKAiD Hope Foundation steps in where vulnerability is highest. We provide the financial lifeline that determines whether a child survives, recovers, or receives a fair chance at life.

We fund life-saving surgeries, support early diagnosis, enable access to chemotherapy, and respond when emergencies leave no room for waiting. Every contribution translates directly into treatment delivered on time and lives saved.

“JKAiD Hope Foundation exists to close the gap between diagnosis and survival. We intervene at the most vulnerable moment, and ensure that cost, complexity, or lack of information does not determine who lives and who does not.”

What We Do

Our programs

Child Health Equity Financing
01

Child Health Equity Financing

Structured financing through the Pediatric Critical Illness Access Fund, gap financing for non-covered NHIS services, co-payment support, and corporate pooled funding, so no child is denied treatment because of finances.

Early Diagnosis & Referral
02

Early Diagnosis & Referral

Diagnostic support grants, oxygen and emergency stabilization, standardized referral protocols, rapid transport partnerships, and digital case tracking, because most child deaths are preceded by delayed recognition.

Care Navigation & Family Support
03

Care Navigation & Family Support

Hospital-based child health navigators, treatment literacy support, discharge follow-up tracking, and psychosocial referrals, ensuring no family navigates critical illness alone.

Data, Advocacy & Systems Reform
04

Data, Advocacy & Systems Reform

Tracking time to diagnosis, out-of-pocket costs, and treatment abandonment rates. Publishing an annual Child Health Equity Report and engaging NHIS, MoH, and Parliament for structural change.

We show no photograph of this family. They have not consented to one, and their child’s treatment was never conditional on agreeing.
